JOB ROLE: Senior Talent Acquisition/ Talent Acquisition Executive

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing & Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on client’s requirement.
  • Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates.
  • Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
  • Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
  • Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
  • Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
  • Taking feedback from client company after the interview done.
  • Coordinating with the client company HR Team in offer generation and documentation.
  • Follow up with the candidate till joining and again till the replacement clause from the client company side
  • Daily Reporting & Submission of daily MIS to seniors.

LOCATION: Mumbai Andheri East

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent in Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using different hiring platforms
  • Good interpersonal skills for liaising with different department heads

QUALIFICATION:

Any Graduate

PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
