Job Description:
- To Extract data from applications & request which is to be entered in the work – flow tools.
- Understand the received queries in mailboxes and respond to the stakeholder accordingly.
- Execute Quality Assurance (4 eye/ checker), question resolution, and audit confirmation report generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Maters Degree ( Any stream)
- Good English Communication Skills
- Computer Skills: Basic MS- Excel & Word
- Basic Banking and Finance Knowledge will be an addon
Experience Requirement: Fresher / 0- 1 year Experience
