Job Description: 

  1. To Extract data from applications & request which is to be entered in the work – flow tools.
  2. Understand the received queries in mailboxes and respond to the stakeholder accordingly.
  3. Execute Quality Assurance (4 eye/ checker), question resolution, and audit confirmation report generation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors or Maters Degree ( Any stream)
  2. Good English Communication Skills
  3. Computer Skills: Basic MS- Excel & Word
  4. Basic Banking and Finance Knowledge will be an addon

Experience Requirement: Fresher / 0- 1 year Experience
