Job Responsibilities:

  1. Connecting with Cooperate clients through mails and calls.
  2. Handle clients escalations, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Requirement:

  1. Computer skills.
  2. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
  3. Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  4. Good English written and Oral Communication
